My name is Tony Jordan, and I proudly served in the United States Army as an E-4 during peacetime. During my service, I was stationed in Germany, Fort Bliss, Fort Benjamin Harrison, and Fort Jackson. I began my military career as a missile crewman before transitioning into a clerical position. I also enjoyed participating on post basketball teams, which gave me the opportunity to build friendships and enjoy the camaraderie that comes with military life.

After leaving the military, I began working in the security industry. Eventually, I decided to further my education and returned to college, where I earned my Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration in 1988. I’m a proud graduate of Lakeshore High School, Class of 1981, and an alumnus of Morristown College in Tennessee. After graduating, I returned home and continued my career in security, this time moving into management roles. My final positions before retirement were in the solid waste industry, where I eventually served as a Supervisor of Security and Transportation.

I have been dealing with kidney disease since 2021 and have been on dialysis since 2023. Living with kidney disease has brought many challenges, but I continue to stay hopeful and focused on the future.

I have been married to my wife, Cynthia, for 28 years, and together we have two children, Tony Jr. and my daughter, Ciarra Lynn. My family has been a tremendous source of love, strength, and support throughout this journey.

We need you to help us support Tony.  Whether through spreading the word on social media or considering becoming a donor,  you can make a profound impact!

Living kidney donation has been proven to be safe.  There are no long term consequences to the donor.  After recovery, donors can live a normal life with one kidney.

DOVE will assist all prospective donors throughout the process and make sure they do not incur any out-of-pocket expenses related to the  evaluation or surgery.
