Robert Noble served two years in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate before he was honorably and medically discharged in 1982 with IGA Nephropathy, kidney disease.

Prior to his time in the Navy, Rob attended a Vocational School to learn drafting. He worked at Werner Ladder, Co for 25 years; starting as a draftsman and working his way up to become an engineer before retirement.

Rob and his wife, Amy, have been married for 29 years, and have two sons and four grandchildren. He enjoys golfing, roller skating and riding four-wheelers.

In 2020, Rob was diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney failure and he is hoping to find someone willing to become a donor. His sons have come forward but unfortunately are not medically able to donate.

For medically cleared donors, giving the gift of life through living kidney donation has been proven to be very safe. DOVE will assist all prospective donors throughout the process and make sure they do not incur any out-of-pocket expenses related to the evaluation or surgery. A healthy person can live a normal life with one kidney and save Rob’s life with the other!

Your support, whether through spreading the word on social media or considering becoming a donor, can make a profound impact on his life and the life of his family!
