Introducing DOVE Volunteer, Malka Stroh
Malka is a medic in the Army reserves and works as an EMT in Brooklyn.
She recently donated a kidney through DOVE mentor program Renewal.org
She met her recipient a father of 3 young children who told her “I wasn’t sure I would be around to watch my kids grow up – but now I will”
Malka said she has saved lives in her capacity as a medic – but this way of saving a life touched her even more profoundly.
“I can’t donate again but I want to help encourage and support others who can”
