“A transplant would allow me a life not tethered to a machine and would allow me to travel with my family.”

Victor Marinez is a 41-year-old married father of four who proudly served as a Staff Sergeant in the Marine Corps for over 12 years. Victor continues to protect our country by serving as a Cyber Security Engineer at The US Military Academy at West Point.

Victor has a chronic kidney disease called FSGS (Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis) that has permanently damaged his kidneys. He is now reliant on daily dialysis treatments to keep him alive. A living kidney donor would give Victor the chance to get his energy and vitality back.

Veterans like Victor have endured much to protect our freedoms. Now let us help them enjoy freedom from dialysis. Contact DOVE to learn how.
